2004 Buick Ranier car turning problems

MY 2004 buick Rainier is having issues when i make turns, the car starts jumping and makes a popping noise. (Knocking). More so when i make a right turn. It feels as if the car goes into neutral and i cannot make the turn.

There may be some binding happening that may be able to be isolated between the power steering and suspension.

But I would first look at the axle shafts for any ripped boots. Sounds like an axle shaft going bad.
