2004 Buick Park Avenue Pulsating brake pedal.

I intalled new ac delco pads all around. Now brake pedal pulsates when brakes get hot. Pedal is smooth when brakes are cold to warm. Did not pulsate before pad change. Have proper delco pads. Do hot spots show up with new pads?
