2001 Buick Park Avenue power windows and radio not working

The power windows and playing of the radio does not work at times. I can start the car 1st thing for the day and all electical works. Stop it and sart again and the power windows, radio and sterring radio buttons do not work. OBD2 test revealed no codes. Check engine light stays on if ignition switch is on postion without starting the car

May need to remove and test the Accesory (ACCY) relay as well as the Retained Access Power (RAP) relay.

When the windows are inoperative, have you tried using the other doors' window switch to see if the window operates with it?

Thanks for your help I figured it out that it was the wiper motor fuse was loose
