2001 Buick Park Avenue power windows

The rear passenger side power window goes up but not down. It does not make a difference if I try using the switch mounted on the door armrest or the driver's door armrest. What do I do?

One of the switches is bad. You need to check both for continunity when the switch is engaged in both directions. I would recommend starting with the driver's door. It supplies poiwer to the rear one.
