Is a special type of puller required to remove the harmonic balancer on a 2000 park ave. buick 3.8?

Removal Procedure Tools Required J38197 Crankshaft Balancer Puller J37096 Flywheel Holding Tool J36660-A Torque Angle Meter Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement. Remove the right front tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.

Use the J37096 in order to hold the flywheel. Remove the balancer bolt. Important: Do not separate the pulley from the balancer. Service the pulley and the balancer as an assembly.

Use the J38197 in order to remove the crankshaft balancer. Attach 1/4 in. bolts to the pulley. Screw the bolts in 1/4 in.
