Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Buick Park Avenue Front Wheel Drive Automatic 103000 miles
I start my car and drive about 20 blocks and the temperature gauge has reached max. I have antifreeze in it. Although there is a slow leak from a hose I know its another issue. I have replaced the thermostat and the problem persists. Also, it will start up right away in the morning to get me to work. I shut it off for 5 minutes and when I try to restart it I have no success unless I give it gas (which I was told I shouldnt do since it is fuel injected) What could be the problem and how much will a shop probably charge to fix it.
