1999 Buick Park Avenue Rear Brake Job

I'm trying to remove the rear brake caliper and it looks like the top bolt takes a special tool. It does not seem to have a standard bolt head to fit a socket. Is this the case and where may I purchase the tool? Thanks.

You don't take that one out, the caliper pivots on that and slides out.
