Hello,

I would like to know the possible diagnosis for a 1999
Bucik Park Avenue. I'm trying to buy one, and the owner states that it has Slow Oil Leak, but never needs oil added, in between Oil Changes. I want to
know the possible problems and or estimation of cost
if major or minor.

Best bet is to bring into a shop and have it looked at. The range of possiblities are enormous. It may as simple as something needing a re-torque or as major as a head gasket.
