1999 Buick Park Avenue lights/window

1999 Buick Park Avenue V8 Automatic 162000 miles

1. The left parking lights in front and rear will not go out. The blinker doesn't work on the driver's side. I have to pull the fuse in order to make sure my batterey doesn't go dead

2. The window on the drivers side won't work when it is raining or in snow. In dry warm weather works just fine.
