1999 Buick Park Avenue engine oil leak

This car has leaked oil after 25k miles. GM replaced the valve cover still leaked . GM replaced the intake manifold gasket at 60k still leaks.

It can be leaking from the valve cover gaskets, the rear main seal, or the oil pump. You can take a flash light and look for the source.
You can take it to a different mechanic and have them inspect your engine for the source of the leak. They can also check the quality of the previous repairs and give you an estimate for the repairs.
