1998 Buick Park Avenue Water pump replacement

I have a 98' Buick park ave with a 3800 series 2 v6 motor and I'm having problems removing the water pump to replace it. The power steering drive pulley is blocking the last of the 4 long bolts I have to remove. I need to know how to remove the power steering pulley.
