If the tensioner is good, then you will have to try to clean the pulleys. I always use brake cleaner because it will take all grease and dirt off and it evaporates within a minute. Remove the belt and spray it on one pulley at a time and wipe it clean.
I can't guarantee it will work (especially if the belt already has a glaze on it) but like I said, if the belt is tight, it should take care of the problem. However, remember it is flammable, so don't spray it on anything that is hot and avoid allowing it to enter the alternator.
DO NOT use a belt dressing, it will get in the pulley grooves and make things worse. A small wire brush will also help get the old rubber out of the bottom of the pulley grooves
