1998 Buick Park Avenue knocking when turning

i have a buick and it only does it when i go around turns or over speed bumps. it makes a knocking noise, just one knock every turn though. im wondering if we are looking at the cv joints? thanks for youe expertise!

Would look at struts and strut mounts also, lower control arm bushings and ball joint.
