Hi mlayton,

Thank you for the donation.

I have the testing procedures that you can use to test the system but some of them requires substituting of control components.

TEST NO. 1

1. Disconnect Driver Door Module (DDM) harness connector. DDM is located behind left front door, near speaker. Using a DVOM, check voltage between DMM harness connector terminals "A" (Red wire) and "D" (Black wire). If voltage is 10-15 volts, go to next step. If voltage is not 10-15 volts, go to step 9).

2. Disconnect Remote Function Actuator (RFA) module harness connector. Connect DVOM between ground and RFA harness connector terminal A15 (Pink wire). If voltage reading is 10-15 volts, go to next step. If voltage reading is not 10-15 volts, go to step 10).

3. Connect DVOM between ground and RFA harness connector terminal A16 (Orange wire). If voltage reading is 10-15 volts, go to next step. If voltage reading is not 10-15 volts, go to step 11).

4. Connect DVOM between ground and RFA module harness connector terminal B15 (Yellow wire). If voltage reading is 10-15 volts, go to next step. If voltage reading is not 10-15 volts, go to step 12).

5. Check if RFA module has been replaced. If RFA module has been replaced, go to next step. If RFA module has not been replaces, go to step 7).

6. Check if DDM has been replaced. If DDM has been replaced, go to next step. If DDM has not been replaced, go to step 8).

7. Replace RFA module. After replacing module, recheck system operation.

8. Replace DMM. After replacing module, recheck system operation.

9. Repair open in Red wire. After repairs, recheck system operation.

10. Repair open in Pink wire. After repairs, recheck system operation.

11. Repair open in Orange wire. After repairs, recheck system operation.

12. Repair open in Yellow wire. After repairs, recheck system operation.

13. Replace power door lock switch. After replacing switch, recheck system operation.
