1997 Buick Park Avenue V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My light turn signal light won't turn off and the lights stay on also. I have change every fuse dealing with the turn signal. What is the problem. Is it the relay or is this something I can fix myself.

so you mean the outside signal lights stay on as well as the green indicator lights in the dash? if so then turn signal switch is most likely defective.
