Hey everyone,

I got this used 95 Buick Park Avenue and it has been running great, but this morning I went to pull it out of the garage in reverse and all of the wheels moved except for the rear wheel on the passenger side. It appears to be locked. I tried going forward or reverse but it just created skid marks and I didn't want to damage the car. Any advice? I'd really rather not tow this to fix it, so if it's a simple DIY fix, please advise.

welcome to the forum, Do you have drum brakes on the rear? I'd remove the tire, make sure the brake is released. See if the hub will turn?
