1994 Buick Park Avenue WIPERS

My wipers work well on dry windshield but when water hits the wipers skip or hop over the glass so wildly that sometimes they come off the arm. I have changed blades and expermented with blade lenths but with no results. It is like the blades are sticking on the glass somehow.

You might want to replace the arm. There is a spring in there that keeps tension on the blade if this is weak the blades under load will skip. Hope this helps
