1992 Buick Park Avenue 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 166000 miles

Was wandering if you might know why the tachometer works occassionally other times it has movement other time it wont work

It is either the gauge itself or an intermittent open in the wiring to it.

Try finding a used IP at a junk yard.
