I was driving my car down the highway one night, and all the sudden my intstrument panel for the heating and air went out. As did the radio, lighter, and the horn. What might cause this. I checked the fuses, and all fuses are fine. Where should I start to look.?

If fuses are good, use a test light to be sure they have power in as well as through the fuses. The accessories you describe are all powered through the ignition switch.
