Electrical problem
1989 Buick Park Avenue Front Wheel Drive Automatic 133589 miles

The digital lights which show the temperature and if the heat or air is on is acting up. Sometimes it flashes on and off. I am wondering why? Also the blinkers are not working too well. They come on but are not blinking. All blinkers work inside and out, but wont flash. Any answers? Thank you for your time.

It sounds like you have a tail light out or possibly your Turn Signal Flasher. which on your vehicle will run about $9.00
