Someone put house paint, sugar and motor oil in my gas tank. Can my engine be repaired.

Yes, it can be repaired; however, it will take some work. I would recommend removing the fuel tank and cleaning it out, blow the fuel line out, replace the fuel filter, remove injectors and see if they are repairable. If not replace them. After that, replace everything and it replace the gas and it should run. There may be other problems that show up. You'll have to deal with them one at a time.
