I was told after having trouble with the car stalling when coming to a stop after running for a period of time, that if we just remove the electrical power to the TCC it would prove that this was in fact what was wrong with car. Where is the electrical connection to the TCC located?

Thanks in advance

It's a 4 pin connector, in the case of the transmission. Pointing to the front of the car.
