water has pooled in back floor wells. where is it coming from? is it air conditioning related? thanks

Have a look at your weatherstrips for your rear doors. It is possible they have shrunk and are not sealing properly in the upper corners. Also, if you have a sunroof your drains may be plugged. Third your water deflectors for your rear doors may not be sealing and allowing water in.
