engine computer located?

Where is the engine computer located so I can add a JetChip Module. I found the transmission but don't see the engine computer. Please help.

It is located on the left side of the engine compartment. here are diagrams and instructions below

Before you install the JET chip, you should check with the dealer to make sure you aren't going to void the powertrain warranty.
