1998 Buick Limited car exhaust smoking

when the car is started it is producing white smoke from the exhaust, rear of car and is losing antifreeze liquid . there seems to be no noticable engine or cooling system leak and the engine looses power when driving. why the white exhaust smoke?

If you're losing coolant and there's no external leak-you probably burning it in the cylinders-are you overheating?
