Vibration b4 and after brakes being done

It was actually occuring prior to and has gotten worse. If I remember correctly, it cleared up for a short time after the brakes were done, although not immediately. Now it is back with a vengance!

Now lets work on the vibration, if it is related to brakes, does the steerring wheel shake? or does it feel like a vibration in the seat? Steering wheel end+ front rotor(s) are warped. Seat= Rear drums or rotors are warped. If niether please decribe were the vibration is comming from!
