2004 Buick Lesabre will it start THIS time?

ok, so the car starts after being jumped. If u leave a door open for like a minute, or what ever, it is not going to start. The battery is good~ JUST tested it. Checked all fuses, something is still running to drain battery>? What do we check and are we on wrong track.

Put a volt meter on the battery, then using a small hammer, tap the top of the battery(not the terminals) tap from right to left while watching the voltmeter, if you get a fluctuation in voltage change the battery.
