TRAVELING 60 TO 65 MPH, YOU CAN FEEL A SHAKE OF WOBBLE IN THE REAR. BOTH REAR TIRES BUT ESPECIALLY THE RIGHT, ARE UNUSALLY WORN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TIRE, LIKE SCALLOPS. EVERYTHING LOOKS PERFECTLY NORMAL ON VISUAL INSPECTION. BACK RIGHT TIRE IS WEARING OFF TWICE AS FAST AS THE REAR LEFT.

sounds like a rear end alignment issue since they are wearing that fast, could be bad balance but most likely its an alignment issue.
