When I drive, I notice a chirping/clicking noise coming from my right rear wheel. It's very noticable at speeds less than 20 mph. When I apply brakes, the noise stops as the car gradually stops.

Any ideas?

Have the brakes inspected! The pads have a wear indicator built in, and it's telling you it's time!
