2004 Buick Lesabre

none of my electric windows will operate.. I checked the circuit breaker under back seat it was very hot to touch..
Why would it be so hot and what would be causing all windows not to function.. neither at driver side door or at individual doors...

Bad circuit breaker. Replace it with same amperage and re-test.
