2003 Buick Lesabre High gear chugs under load

My Lesabre started to chug in high gear under load.Replaced tps to no avail. Changed spark plugs also. This all sometime after had trany re-built. This happens going up hill or speeding up in high gear,before it goes into passing gear.

You could have a possible fuel delivery concern(pressure/volume), or a restricting exhaust. It would need some diagnosis, is there a check engine light on?
