2002 Buick Lesabre removing insturment panel to access blow

2002 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I am trying to access the blower motor for replacement on heater AC. Cannot figure out how to remove the instument panel for access.

I/P does not need removing remove passanger side noise silencer panel and there it is
