2002 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 105800 km.

I mistakenly poured a half jug of windshield washer fluid in the engine coolant reserve tank, will this be harmful to the cooling system? And if so what remedy should I take to limit the damage.
