How do you remove top bolt on the rear calipers? Seems to have a plug covering access to the bolt.

That is not a bolt only a slide and the caliper should just slide off.

Ok try to send a pic and we will see, but usually the one with the cap is only there as a slide it has a small hex head on it but that is only there if you have to replace it. Commonly the caliper seazes to this slide you have to get some penatrating oil in there and work it around on the slide and try to slide the caliper off.
