how do you change the back spark plugs on the 3.8 engine?

The service manual does not specify a special procedure for the back plugs. Sometimes you can disconnect the dogbone mounts from the upper front engine and roll the motor forward to increase space. I don't know if that will apply to your specific application though. Often times, it appears as that there is no consideration for serviceability when the car is built.
