2001 Buick Lesabre radio loc

2001 BUICK LESABRE

I installed a new factory radio from a salvage yard. The window says LOC. There is a small light by the volume control that stays lit. The unit will not power on or off. I have tried pressing 2 & 3 to get a code, but nothing happens. Do you have any suggestions?

You will need to take it to the dealr to get the unlock code.
