I have had rear air shock replacement and now experience a rapping sound when traveling over any rough road. This is the second set of new shocks that have been installed and the rapping noise continues.
The dealership does not seem to have an answer that will solve this problem.

Have them check the rear ball joints and sway bar bushings.
