2001 Buick Lesabre horn replacement

I need to replace the horn just not finding the location of it can you direct me to it please.

HORN REPLACEMENT REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Remove the left front wheelhouse extension. Disconnect the electrical connector from the horn assembly. Remove the fastener securing the horn assembly to the left front frame rail. Remove the horn assembly. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Install the horn assembly to the left front frame rail. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. Install the horn assembly fastener. Tighten Tighten the fastener to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).
