My Buick is "missing" when going up inclines, and is recently starting to run a bit rough when first started. Any ideas? I'm due for a tuneup at 100,000 miles. I thought to change plugs/wires. ?

Certainly start off with getting any maintence things like plugs, wires, intake and throttle bore cleaning, fuel filter etc. done first.

IF still present, install and run a fuel pressure gauge up to the windsheild so you can monitor the pressure to verify or eliminate fuel pressure loss.
