2001 Buick Lesabre check engine light on

The code said its P0134 I changed the o2 sensor but the light is till on I dont know what to do with this problem

You may have an exhaust leak taht will set code. Also has any recent repair been done?

No I did have any repairs done to it this happened about 50, 00 miles and now its 85,500 and I have no clue whats worng with it. I took it to a dealership and they could not fix it.
