My abs light came on earlier today. Traction control too. But brakes still work good. what do I do from here?

The mechanical function of your brake system is separate from the electrical parts. Meaning, even if the electrical functions are faulty of damaged, the mechanical/conventional system still works.

A standard OBD-II scanner cannot read ABS/traction system. A special scanner capable of ABS is needed to read the codes. You will need to go to a reputable shop to have your Electronic Brake Control Module scanned for codes.
