2000 Buick Lesabre Rust on brake lines

Just purchased this car from friend, who inherited it from his grandfather, who lived in Erie, PA. I foolishly didn't have it looked at by a mechanic, and discovered as soon as we got it to Alexandria, VA, that there is significant rust on the underside of the car. The brake lines are so rusted that they have given out across the back and mechanic is recommending replacement of all lines plus the front rotors and calipers which are also very rusted.

It's not called the rust belt for nothing! Sounds like it sat for a long time...These parts are good insurance!
