Electrical problem
2000 Buick Lesabre V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

We changed the bulbs, the break lights are working, but the right turn indicator does not blink. Checked the fuses they are okay, what could be the problem?

could have burn out bulbs, or incorrect bulbs. and not drawing enough amps through the flasher to make it cycle.

or the flasher is just on the verge of failing.
