2000 Buick Lesabre may have transmission problem

Hi 2carpros

I also have noticed that the transmission seems like it
is not shifting properly . iT feels like I am in second or
third gear at 120 km/h . I don't feel any change from 60 km/h to 120 km/h. I watch the rpms and they
barely move from 2,000 revs to 1,500 revs at those
speeds. Is there a surefire way I can check to see if
that is really my problem.

If the transmission not shifting properly, you should have the check engine light on. Even if it is not, just get the computer scan and get back with the code numbers.. If there is no codes, we have to diagnose the long way..
