2000 Buick Lesabre Losing Power while driving

Lately the car has been losing power when driving first I lost the radio then the dash went dark and then the windows and locks don't work. I am not sure if this is due to a battery power loss or a fuse that I cannot find that is out. Can you please suggest anything that might help?

Check charging system and alternator
check battery and battery terminals
ensure its clean and tight
