door locks not working

My buick lasabre suddenly went crazy on me. The interior lights and power locks went out, I have been to several places and the cannot figure out which fuse or relay switch controls it please help me.

Here are the fuse panel locations and identifications with a guide to show you how to test the fuse #57 which is a circuit breaker.
