Some time my car make some kind of noise and bumpy during change the gear. It will happen three to four times a month. If I stop and turn off the engine for two or three minute and start again all the problem will be gone. I took it to mechanic and they check the transmission by their computer system but did not find any problem. I am not sure what is the problem?

It needs to be scanned with a TECH2 scanner. Some tranny codes will only show up on a TECH2. Your local dealership will have the proper equipment.
