1999 Buick Lesabre replacing waer pump

I'm replacing the water pump on my Buick Lesabre there is a bolt on the pump that is located behind the power steering pulley, how can I get this bolt out and if I have to remove the pulley how do I do this?

The pulley is pressed on. You need to remove the pump.
