1999 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 200000 miles

I am just wondering the exact location of this sensor and if I can change it on my own. I am pretty good with cars and I have my own garage. I called general Motors and they say it takes 5 hours to change. Can you help me out
