1999 Buick Lesabre possible fuse problem?

I noticed today that my heater, ac, defroster are not working.
i think I smelled a burnt smell inside car last week but didn't notice anything till now.
what is your diagnosis and is it expensive/

Welcome to the forum. If no air is blowing, I'd check the blower motor and wiring circuits to start. I don't know about the cost. Different shops charge different labor rates.
